Effective September 2, 2026.

These Terms of Service apply when you use the Auren Pantry website or purchase an active product through our Shopify checkout. By using the website, you agree to these terms and all applicable laws.

Store availability and product concepts

Only products that show current availability, an active “Add to cart” button, and a working checkout are offered for sale. Images or listings marked “Draft concept” are design previews, are not purchasable, and may differ from any future production item.

Product information and pricing

We work to keep descriptions, images, availability, and prices accurate. Screen colors and product appearance may vary. We may correct errors before accepting an order. Taxes, shipping charges, and the final order total are shown at checkout.

Orders and payment

An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order; it does not guarantee acceptance. We may decline or cancel an order for suspected fraud, inventory errors, pricing errors, payment failure, legal restrictions, or an undeliverable address. If payment was captured for a canceled order, the amount is returned to the original payment method.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse the website, interfere with security, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, scrape the store in a way that disrupts service, impersonate another person, or use the store for unlawful or fraudulent activity.

Intellectual property

The Auren Pantry name, site design, original text, graphics, product concepts, and other store content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may use the website for personal shopping purposes, but may not copy, sell, publish, or exploit store content without permission.

Third-party services

The store relies on Shopify and may link to or use third-party payment, shipping, analytics, and other services. Those services may have separate terms and privacy practices.

Disclaimers and limitation

To the extent permitted by law, the website is provided without warranties beyond those that cannot legally be excluded. Auren Pantry is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the website. Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot be limited under applicable consumer law.

Changes and severability

We may update these terms for future use of the website. If one provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply.
