Returns & Refunds

Effective September 2, 2026.

30-day return window

You may request a return within 30 calendar days after confirmed delivery. The item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned with its original packaging and proof of purchase.

Start a return

Email nehemiahasghedom2@gmail.com before sending anything back. Include your order number, the item you want to return, and the reason for the request. For a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, include clear photographs. We will provide return instructions after reviewing the request. Returns sent without instructions may be delayed.

Return shipping

The customer is responsible for return postage for a standard return. Auren Pantry will cover reasonable return or replacement shipping when we confirm that an item arrived damaged, was defective, or was not the item ordered.

Refunds

We inspect returned items and notify you of the decision. Approved refunds are submitted to the original payment method within 10 business days after inspection. Your bank or card provider may require additional time to post the credit. Original shipping charges are not refunded for a standard return unless required by law or the return resulted from our error.

Exchanges

For the fastest exchange, request a return for the original item and place a new order after the return is approved. Replacement handling for damaged, defective, or incorrect items is arranged through customer care.

Cancellations

To request a cancellation, email us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee cancellation after fulfillment has started. If the order has shipped, the return process above applies.
