Shipping Information

Effective September 2, 2026.

This policy applies to products that are active and available for purchase on Auren Pantry.

Where we ship

We currently ship to eligible addresses within the United States. Availability for PO boxes, U.S. territories, and certain remote locations is confirmed at checkout.

Processing time

Orders are normally prepared for shipment within 2–3 business days after payment and address verification. Orders placed on weekends or U.S. holidays begin processing on the next business day.

Estimated delivery

Estimated transit time is 3–8 business days after dispatch. Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees, and may be affected by carrier delays, severe weather, peak-season volume, or an incorrect address.

Shipping charges and tracking

Available shipping methods and the full shipping charge are displayed before payment at checkout. When tracking is available, it is sent to the email address used for the order.

Address changes

Email nehemiahasghedom2@gmail.com as soon as possible with your order number. We cannot guarantee an address change after fulfillment has started or a package has been dispatched.

Missing, damaged, or incorrect deliveries

If tracking shows a delivery you cannot locate, first check the delivery area and contact the carrier. For a damaged shipment or an incorrect item, contact us promptly with the order number and clear photographs of the item and packaging so we can review the issue.
