Are all products shown available to buy?

No. Items marked “Draft concept” are collection previews and cannot be purchased. A product is offered for sale only when its page shows current availability, an active “Add to cart” button, and a working checkout.

Do concept images show final supplier products?

No. Concept images communicate the intended design direction. Materials, dimensions, colors, capacities, included components, care instructions, packaging, and compliance details must be verified before a product is activated.

Where do you ship?

We currently ship eligible active products within the United States. Address eligibility is confirmed at checkout.

How long does delivery take?

Orders normally process in 2–3 business days. Estimated transit time is 3–8 business days after dispatch. Carrier delays can affect delivery.

What is the return window?

Return requests may be made within 30 calendar days after confirmed delivery for unused items in original condition and packaging. See our Returns & Refunds page for the full process.

How do I track an order?
